Yesss, and I love hearing that because that is exactly what these Sculpt sessions are meant to do šŸ¤

Honestly, I would say CONSISTENCY more than anything. Yes, diet matters. Yes, cardio helps. Yes, the workout play a role. But the biggest difference always comes from showing up consistently and stacking those small efforts over time.

A quick easy rule of thumb if you are trying to lean out is this: Keep your meals centered around lean proteins first (I personally do a lot of fish), then add your carbs with intention, especially around your workouts. If you hit your protein, stay mindful with portions, and stay consistent, your body will respond.Ā 

That leaner look usually is not one magic thing. It is the combination of staying active, eating with intention, and being consistent long enough to see it work.

Keep that same DayONE mentality. Show up with the same energy you have when you are just starting anything. Locked in, excited, and ready to do the work.

Today’s Upper: Sculpt was easily one of my favorites yet. It got spicy in the best way, but trust me... the results are worth every rep. So don’t run from it, embrace it.

That goes for this workout and for whatever life is putting in front of you right now. Show up, lean in, and do it anyway.

Grab your light set of DBs (2 to 5 lbs) and your medium heavy set (8 to 20 lbs), and let’s get to sculpting. This is your fresh start. Your DayONE.
