Hey Tasha! Thank you for voicing your concerns respectfully. I hear you, and I completely understand where you’re coming from. I also want you to know I truly value my virtual Day1s just as much as the people showing up in person and on tour. I know communication around uploads could be better, and I will do better with that.
When it comes to posting classes, I really only upload the workouts and videos that meet my standard. If the sound, quality, setup, or overall experience is not where I feel it needs to be for the site, I would rather not upload it just to say I posted something. I also know most of the community still has plenty of content on the platform that they have not done yet, and a lot of you are okay with repeating workouts, so I try to be intentional about what I use storage and space for.

Also, the site will be upgraded to an actual app in June, which has been a long time coming. That should really help enhance the user experience for all of you.
