Good morning Day1s ☀️

Unfortunately I overslept this morning, which honestly never happens for me. I’m taking it as a sign that God was telling me to get some much needed rest.

Because of that, the LIVE stream will not be active this morning. I truly hate when this happens and I apologize for the change.

The good news is we’re right back at it tomorrow. I’ll be going LIVE for TOTAL BODY: SCULPT, and since this week’s theme is NO HOLDING BACK, we’re coming back with even more energy.

In the meantime, go ahead and press play on one of our previous Total Body Sculpt sessions and keep the momentum going.

Tomorrow morning we reset. A fresh start. Another opportunity to show up and give it everything.

I absolutely LOVED this UPPER: Sculpt session. It gave exactly the level of Pretty Pressure we needed. 💅🏽

Day1s, I dropped yall a BONUS PRETTY PRESSURE: Total Body Sculpt session this morning. 💗

We are really applying pressure all month, okay?! No letting up.

For this one, make sure you have:
• a medium heavy set of DBs, around 10 to 20 lbs
1 heavy DB, around 30 to 60 lbs

Yesss, and I love hearing that because that is exactly what these Sculpt sessions are meant to do 🤍

Honestly, I would say CONSISTENCY more than anything. Yes, diet matters. Yes, cardio helps. Yes, the workout play a role. But the biggest difference always comes from showing up consistently and stacking those small efforts over time.

A quick easy rule of thumb if you are trying to lean out is this: Keep your meals centered around lean proteins first (I personally do a lot of fish), then add your carbs with intention, especially around your workouts. If you hit your protein, stay mindful with portions, and stay consistent, your body will respond. 

That leaner look usually is not one magic thing. It is the combination of staying active, eating with intention, and being consistent long enough to see it work.

Keep that same DayONE mentality. Show up with the same energy you have when you are just starting anything. Locked in, excited, and ready to do the work.
