Our NO HOLDING BACK: OMG! class is now fully available on the site!

We had some technical difficulties with the sound in the beginning of class, which unfortunately hindered the LIVE from streaming to the site. BUT the full class is available now, so you can still press play and get all the way into it. 🙌🏽

The LIVE feature can definitely be annoying sometimes, but it’s only going to get better, and I truly appreciate y’all rocking with me through it.

Trust me, this still ended up being one of my favorite classes yet. 🥹 Grab your OMG Band, light dumbbells, and one heavy dumbbell, and let’s get to work. No holding back.

Today is a new day to be great.

I want to apologize to my early morning Day1s for the issue with our 5 AM livestream. I am not sure why it did not connect to the site for our session this morning. Technology can be unpredictable, but the show must go on.

Good morning Day1s ☀️

Unfortunately I overslept this morning, which honestly never happens for me. I’m taking it as a sign that God was telling me to get some much needed rest.

Because of that, the LIVE stream will not be active this morning. I truly hate when this happens and I apologize for the change.

The good news is we’re right back at it tomorrow. I’ll be going LIVE for TOTAL BODY: SCULPT, and since this week’s theme is NO HOLDING BACK, we’re coming back with even more energy.

In the meantime, go ahead and press play on one of our previous Total Body Sculpt sessions and keep the momentum going.

Tomorrow morning we reset. A fresh start. Another opportunity to show up and give it everything.
