Yesss, and I love hearing that because that is exactly what these Sculpt sessions are meant to do 🤍

Honestly, I would say CONSISTENCY more than anything. Yes, diet matters. Yes, cardio helps. Yes, the workout play a role. But the biggest difference always comes from showing up consistently and stacking those small efforts over time.

A quick easy rule of thumb if you are trying to lean out is this: Keep your meals centered around lean proteins first (I personally do a lot of fish), then add your carbs with intention, especially around your workouts. If you hit your protein, stay mindful with portions, and stay consistent, your body will respond. 

That leaner look usually is not one magic thing. It is the combination of staying active, eating with intention, and being consistent long enough to see it work.

Keep that same DayONE mentality. Show up with the same energy you have when you are just starting anything. Locked in, excited, and ready to do the work.

Wow. First of all… welcome HOME Day1 🤍

You have lived a whole life since 2020. I’m so proud of you.

The fact that you came back to move on your time instead of “when you have time”? That’s a mindset shift. That’s Day 1. We’re not squeezing life in anymore. We’re building it with intention.
