Keep up the good work Mecca!!! I'm looking forward for the live videos again. Working over night and getting off at 4am, its so hard to make it to Saturday class on time. But glad today's workout was uploaded. Yes quality over all....

 Before the DAY BREAK.....work was done‼️‼️‼️ After the workout, while they were outside running I decided to do 8 flights up and down the steps for the burn out‼️‼️‼️‼️ Great job DAY 1'S‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
