Life has been lifing, but I want you to know I see you, I hear you, and I appreciate you so much.
I know a lot of you have been asking about new workouts, and I truly thank you for staying committed, staying patient, and still pressing play from the library while I’ve been moving through this tour season.
I just uploaded 4 new Sculpt workouts for you all:

NO DAYS OFF: Upper

And when you really do not feel like doing it, press play on NO DAYS OFF: Total Body. That one is for the days when you need the reminder that showing up still counts.
I also know some of you are truly Day 1s and got used to the live streams. Right now, with the tour, live streaming just is not realistic, but I am going to do my best to have the playbacks available quicker so you still feel included and connected.
