Before you press play, I highly recommend you have a variety of dumbbells so you can level up as you go
Light set 2 to 5 lbs
Medium set 10 to 25 lbs
Heavy set 30 to 60 lbs

Total Body: Sculpt was great this morning! Waking up for a 4am workout because I’m on CST was tough, but it was worth it! Thank you for your dedication Mecca Day

Good afternoon Mecca Day ! For the upcoming body shock classes, do we need a certain weight for the dumbbells? I’ve seen clips from your story, and the DBs appear to be heavy. Just wanted to prepare for the week ahead.
