I signed up for the annual membership on February 7, 2026. I have also been a loyal subscriber since 2019. Because you've stopped providing the content that was promised and expected, I have decided to cancel my subscription. Since there are approximately eight months remaining on my membership, I am respectfully requesting a refund for the unused portion of my subscription. I would appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to your response.

Franshayla I already pay for several other subscriptions. I can do theirs. I don’t do replays of what I already have completed. That's become boring and uninteresting to me.

I am a teacher. It would be impossible for me to watch the live session while at work.

Summer would work perfectly for me to join.

Franshayla I wish I could join at the new time, but I have to be at work by 7:30am CST each morning. That 4am CST time was perfect for me. Now, I have to do replays whenever they get uploaded 😩😩😩

Sharon Richburg   I am trying to see if that's an error or is she going to go LIVE at that time on those days. I want to know before I get up in the morning at 3:45am CST...thinking I am going to join a LIVE session. Those sessions are only listed for Tuesday and Thursday. She goes LIVE on Mondays as well, but it is not showing.

I just want clear communication from her.
