These Sculpt sessions have been doing my body so good. Mecca Day  I do have a question. I notice that you are leaner. Would you attribute that to diet and cardio (the mile & 2 mile challenges you did) or diet and Pilates? Or a combination of all three?

Total Body: Sculpt was great this morning! Waking up for a 4am workout because I’m on CST was tough, but it was worth it! Thank you for your dedication Mecca Day

Good afternoon Mecca Day ! For the upcoming body shock classes, do we need a certain weight for the dumbbells? I’ve seen clips from your story, and the DBs appear to be heavy. Just wanted to prepare for the week ahead.
