Good morning Mecca Day and all the Day1’s 🤗 could you please reupload the latest total body sculpt? Some of us were trying to complete it but realized there’s no sound on it, so we don’t know the reps for the exercises.
These Sculpt sessions have been doing my body so good. Mecca Day I do have a question. I notice that you are leaner. Would you attribute that to diet and cardio (the mile & 2 mile challenges you did) or diet and Pilates? Or a combination of all three?

Good afternoon Mecca Day ! For the upcoming body shock classes, do we need a certain weight for the dumbbells? I’ve seen clips from your story, and the DBs appear to be heavy. Just wanted to prepare for the week ahead.
