Franshaylayes darling I know that. I’m adaptable to change. I know about discipline this is not new to me. I don’t have a problem doing the ones already uploaded which I have. I have a routine I workout in the evening after work. I’m only available for the live workouts on my off days. The new live workouts that’s what I look forward too😊
